Bookings
Any booking remains tentative, subject to cancellation by the manager, until a contract has been signed and received along with the required deposit.
If you have less than 100 guests for your event, another event may be scheduled at the same time. You will be in a separate area, but guests from both events will share the restroom and bar area. If you have less than 50 guests and your event is scheduled after 6 PM, you will be charged a room rental fee of $250 in addition to the cost of your food.
All events must end no later than 1 AM.
Deposits
In order for any event to be secured, a deposit of $250 is required.
Cancellations
If your event is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited, unless Grand Marais is notified at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date.
Payment
Confirmation of the guaranteed number of guests and payment in full must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been made with the manager.
Changes
Any changes to the requirements stipulated in the contract must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event and must be approved by Grand Marais management. |
